MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Membership applications involve three steps: 1) complete and submit application 2) complete and submit Waiver form 3) application approval and fees payment.

2. Please click here to complete and sign the Waiver. This covers you and any future guest(s) who attend an event(s) with you and includes your agreement to the ONC Member Code of Conduct.
3. Once your application and Waiver form are submitted and reviewed, you will be notified of your membership approval by the ONC Roster Director. Please be patient, as processing times vary at different times of the year.
When your application is approved, membership fees can be sent to the ONC Treasurer via e-transfer or cheque. Payment details will be provided by the ONC Roster Director with your membership application approval.
The ONC fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th with an annual fee of $30. If you first join between March 1st and June 30th, the initial fee is reduced to $20. NOTE: If you are considering joining ONC in June, please wait until July 1st to submit your application. Otherwise, you will have to renew your membership July 1st.
A a member of ONC you will receive access to the Members-Only section of the website which contains the ONC newsletter and a list of current activities. Please note that because many of our activities are held in members’ homes, we cannot guarantee that all venues are accessible. If you are concerned, please check with the hostess or the venue directly.
Please also note that ONC is a scent-free organization.
